OScommerce Store Changes Needed

I have an OScommerce website [login to view URL] and I need the following changes completed in the next 2 days.
1. I need the categories to start further up the page at the moment we have the banner and the cats are to low down please reference this website:

Please see attachment [login to view URL] of a rough look of how it should be.
2. The sub-categories on the left hand side vertical menu need to drop down. Go to [login to view URL] and click on Access Ramps and you can see the sub-categories drop down. We want our site to work the same.
3. Category pages need to have an image instead of the logo. See [login to view URL] as an example.
4. I would like a section on the homepage to display either top selling lines
10+ and the ability to add more, these need to be products or category's!
Can we select what products to display on the front page in the admin.
5. Also I think the sites cutting off descriptions..
