4 page website required. Simple and Professional looking

I require a Website be created from scratch. I require a Main Page, which will link to different articles, a blogging page and page that has a comparatives chart on it, which I will provide the data for. I also require the banner for the website be created, which can be simplte and only consist of the domain name of the site.

The website should be simple and professional looking. Color scheme would be around the theme of water.

This website should have a professional look, but is the personal website of someone who writes articles, I will provide one article to be posted on the site, I should be able to post more articles using the same color theme you create.

I can do this manually, such as copying the articles HTML, editing it and reposting it myself and adding a link to it on my main page, or you can use the Content Management software of your choice, which I will then also use to add links and articles to my site.

A link to his blog([url removed, login to view]) should be provided, which you will also need to setup the blogging software to match the theme of the website.

The website can be created manually and you send my the files or using any of the following Content Management software which I can install and give you access to.
