For our client we need to build a webapplication (website with custom made functionality) and App.
The details are in the attached file.
PLEASE ATTENTION!!! We are looking for company WHO DONE THE SAME OR VERY SIMILAR project and can prove it, show it. IF you din't- please don’t react- we will not concider you!

Functional description of the software that is needed for the organization Mantelzorgbest(MZB)
Structure of the software
For the back office software, which is the heart of the organization, we will use software that needs to be developed whereby matching of clients and workers ( read further who they are) is going to be very important part of . For the financial-administrative functions there should be developed an XML connection with external ERP software package- Snelstart ([login to view URL]). Also an App schould be deleloped for scanning of QR code from the coupons (read complete version)
For the processing of hours and payment of salaries should be developed connection via XML with the software of external company who is specialized in processing of salaries. This external company works with a salary software- Unit 4.( [login to view URL])
The input and output will be realized via web site of MZB ([login to view URL] , read about it further). it should have registration and login possibility for (mostly old) people ( further in the text - clients) who need different kinds of help (further in the text - service) and for people who will provide the service ( further in the text - workers) .
Also there should be a login possibility (access to back office) for the MZB staff, where they can access databases and tables, so those can be updated and where diverse processes for example via . XML exchange can be started.
What does MZB do:
MZB is the platform where clients can specify what services exactly they need and those will be matched with workers who are able to optimally deliver those services. At this moment helping older people is mostly done by close family. Our company wants to increase number of people who can provide that help and to do that for relatively low amount of money . Also our company will provide introduction of the workers to clients, can give them kind of guarantee and will have control on the services that are provided.
What is client
As we expect, it will be mostly older people who will use our product .
What is worker
Workers will preferably be students or people who 65 + aged.
For what services can MZB be hired?
Our company can be hired for any kind of services that client (or the network where he is in) need. Examples are: to have a walk together with a client, to do shopping, to read the newspaper, to work together in the garden… can be anything. When there is request for specific service, we’re going to look for most suitable worker to fulfill this demand.
