I need a water treatment engineer

I want to build several water bottle refill trailers, to be used at events, I want a filtration and UV system along with a water chiller. There is a system in Ontario Canada called quench buggy. Look it up [login to view URL] I basically want a system like it.

All components must be readily available in Canada and all meet the highest quality standards. Knowledge of municipal regulations will be an asset.

Engineered stamp not necessary but preferred.

We want a complete design from the trailer to the water dispensing.
