Hello, I am a doctor looking for a virtual assistant to work for me on the phone. He/She will answer to my clients on the phone and will book appointments for my private practice of a medical office.

I need someone who can work between 8-20 italian time, with a good knowledge of italian and german. Phone calls will be redirected to his/her phone, so you can work wherever he/she prefers. Only effective time (time spent on the phone) will be counted and payed. Please start your bid with "Yellow horse", so I know you read the entire project description
