We are looking to have someone undertake property modelling and develop a property model at the same time. We have 5 properties to model and we are looking to streamline our existing model or develop a new model from scratch.

We are looking to develop this in excel or any other platform that can be suggested.

The model will be a standard IRR, DCF model that will be customised for retail, commercial and industrial. have the ability to convert that model into a web based model once complete.

Please advise experience and we would also be interested in purchasing a already developed valuation based financial model. Must have previous property valuation experience in Australia and / or Europe.
