**Description:**
We are embarking on an exciting journey to revamp our web platform, and we're in search of a skilled UI/UX developer to join our team. As the Project Manager leading this initiative, I am seeking an individual who can bring creativity, user-centric design principles, and technical expertise to elevate our platform's user experience.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with our development team to redesign and enhance the user interface and experience of our web platform.
2. Translate project requirements and wireframes into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
3. Create interactive prototypes and conduct user testing to gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
4. Work closely with the Project Manager and development team to ensure UI/UX designs align with technical requirements and constraints.
5. Implement design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across the platform.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to drive innovation and improvements.
**Requirements:**
1. Proficient in UI/UX design principles with a strong portfolio showcasing web platform redesign projects or similar work.
2. Experience with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
3. Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with developers.
4. Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
6. Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
7. Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
**Additional Information:**
1. This is a remote freelance opportunity.
2. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with our development team and have access to project requirements and wireframes.
3. Project timeline and specific tasks will be discussed and agreed upon with the chosen candidate.
