Need physical and digital models converted and cut for injection molding

I am looking for a person with experience in the injection molding sector.
This project will not be awarded immediately; we are still developing all the figures we need. We are just gathering contacts to select the person who will be performing this task.
We have 2 types of figures, physical and digital images. The physical pieces are 28/30mm in height and complex made of sculpting clay. The digital copies are in STL format.
The bidder must be able to:
1) Convert the physical model to a digital format and section it for molding purposes.
2) Convert the STL format model and section it to fit molding purposes.
(Attached you will find an example of another company who has achieved this)
Bidder must provide:
1) Curriculum of experiences.
2) Portfolio of similar work previously performed. (If available)
3) A rouge price per model conversion both physical and digital.
4) A rouge time frame per model conversion.
5) Must be capable of communicating in English
Note I will not look at the bid amount, this is not relevant as each figure will be different.
