Create POV-Ray Movie from Example

*Create an animated scene (avi, mpg, or animated gif) that duplicates the animated gif located at [url removed, login to view] using POV-Ray version 3.6.*

This project is to create a POV-Ray scene that can create an animation that duplicates the animated gif at <[url removed, login to view]>(note that the planet and background starfield can vary in appearance ??" they don’t have to be an exact duplicate)
