Position: Outbound Call Agent
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Outbound Call Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling outbound campaigns, particularly for businesses. The primary responsibility of this role will be to make a high volume of calls, exceeding 100 calls per day, with the objective of collecting specific data from the targeted sources. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this position.
This is a full-time position for a period of one month, with the possibility of continuation based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to designated targets, adhering to a high daily call volume.
Follow the established script and guidelines for each campaign to ensure consistent and accurate data collection.
Engage in effective communication to gather the required information from the targeted sources.
Maintain meticulous records of all call details and data obtained.
Collaborate with the team to report progress, challenges, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in handling outbound campaigns, preferably in a business context.
Ability to comfortably handle a high volume of calls, exceeding 100 calls per day.
Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
Excellent active listening skills to gather information effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation.
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to different situations.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing campaign requirements and goals.
