We are currently seeking motivated On-Call employees (Female Candidate) to work from home. The primary responsibility of the position is to make calls to different political parties and candidates and creating sales and leads, conducting political surveys over the phone. You should be articulate, conversational, have good typing/keyboard skills and comfortable with fast-paced work. No experience is necessary, See technical requirements below:
As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Great report writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position
Responsibilities Of Candidates Include:
-Doing Cold Calling Regards Political Campaign And Management
-Identifying Sales Opportunities (Other Cities Or States)
-Closing Business Deals, Negotiating
-Following Up With Candidates & Meeting Sales Targets
-Managing Candidate Relationships, Ensuring Sales Growth
-Explaining The Political Campaign Details To The Candidates/ Political Parties
Technical Requirements :
-MacBook or Chromebook or a Windows PC with Windows 10 or higher (no tablets)
-Laptops are okay, but a mouse is required
-USB headset with noise-canceling microphone required (no Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack)
-Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari installed as a browser
-High-Speed Internet ( 10 Mbps download /10 Mbps upload)
Special Requirements:
-Must have a quiet space free of background noise while working
Work From Home, No prior experience required but if you do have experience that's an additional benefit for you.
Pay scale : INR 7,500 to 17,500 depending on experience
Selection Procedure : Shortlisted candidates have to go through a Video Call Based Interview .
Work Duration : Initial 3 months contract which can be renewed for an year to year based on your performance.
