Tech Savvy Administrative Coordinator with WordPress knowledge (Looking for Filipinos only)

What you'll be doing:

- Take meeting notes, prepare meeting agendas, and record meetings which will be done on Zoom (you'll be joining the client in the call and recording the session)

- Scheduling meetings on Zoom and sending out invites on Google Calendar

- Make changes to WordPress sites as needed, helping with content population for site launches (helping with blog posts, updating pages, etc. -- you will be guided for custom sites)

- Standardizing note-taking formats with action items and assigning them to the corresponding team member or client

- Proofread notes taken prior to sharing with clients at the end of the call

- Work responsibilities can expand over time based on the client’s needs and your skill growth

- Having high attention to detail and the ability to proofread and perform quality control of others' work

- Interacting regularly with team members to review the status of tasks, resolve issues, and meet deadlines

- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding project needs

- Supportive in client calls but not the primary communicator between clients and the rest of the agency

- Contribute to project timelines on [login to view URL] as directed by Project Manager

For this position, you must be:

- Organized, Dependable, Communicative, Reliable, Responsive

- Available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (night shift)

- A college graduate, working for at least a year in a similar industry

- A touch typist, able to type above 50 words per minute

- Fluent in English both written and verbal as you'll be dealing with American clients

- Self-reliant on tracking own assignments to ensure tasks are completed on time while using our time tracker Toggl

- Ready to work from anywhere with a working laptop, headphones/headset for calls and a stable internet connection

It would be great if you:

- Have meticulous organizational and time management skills

- Are self-motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently

- Have familiarity with WordPress and technical knowledge of Web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, etc.), and their appropriate use is required

- Enjoy challenges and find collaborative solutions

- Have some knowledge of user experience design, information architecture, usability, visual/graphic design
