We would like to develop a Group/social Buy shop system similar to groupon for example.
Preferably it would be developed using Magento but we are open other platforms (only if an existing system is available).
Shop focuses each day on one or very few very competitive offers (sorted by category / geographic areas) valid only for a very limited period (max 1 week)
Key feature required in shop is possibility for buyer to preorder but order is not finalized / card charged until the number of orders exceeds threshold.
Buyer can be informed by the number of orders still needed to finalize order ("we still need 2 orders) and can share this info through twitter etc. with friends.
Otherwise order is cancelled.
As an option we would like the possibility to make sales based on invitation (only registered users can see the offers) and only invited users can register. this is a common private 'club" sales features.
The system is designed to encourage group buying/social buzz about the product and would integrate with facebook app (usin facebook-magento connector)
We supply all graphics and layouts
