I need someone who can develop shipping options based on a list of standard delivery areas that I will provide. The areas are suburbs of Pretoria and Johannesburg in South Africa.

I deliver the goods myself and thus need to charge based on distance. The delivery cost needs to be displayed in the cart not at checkout based on the option the customer chooses - also in cart.

I use the supply theme.
