App development with website integration

I have a recipe and meal plan app that I want developed.

I want guidance on a website where a user can sign up - I am currently thinking shopify. I do not need designs, but currently just have wireframes to show functionality.

I need the app developed. I have designs in Figma.

I need consultation on an email solution.
