PowerShell Script for ffmpeg http in udp out

I have a PowerShell script that takes http url input and use ffmpeg to output a udp stream.
Script had been working until yesterday.
Receiving error
Test-Path : Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Path' because it is null.
I'm novice in PowerShell and haven't been able to debug with PowerShell ISE
Need assistance determining why we're now receiving the null for variable Test-Path.
