I am looking for an on-page SEO expert who is well versed in how crawlers and search engine algorithms work to rank pages. I know that nobody knows how search engine algorithms work 100%, but I think it is possible to answer my questions.

The idea: I want to make a video "tube" site like youtube, [login to view URL], etc. But I will scrape from another site all data for fill my site. the data to scrape are the following:
- title of video
- complete video embebed link for import direct to my site.
- video preview, is a very little video preview that is showing when a user put cursur on video before do click.
- images of video, also a video preview in 6 images.
- comments of video by users.
the questions: thinking in get good organic traffic. I have some question to improve the seo on-page.
1) is good idea spinning the title of the video for not put exactly same video title of original scraped video ? using AI spinners.
2) is better host my self the complete video instead of use video hosted by the original scraped website. I mean not using the embebed video in my site ?
3) same of above question but about video prewview. is better host myself ?
4) is better host all scraped images myself ?
5) is good idea spinn the comments with AI spinner for get fresh comments in each video ?
6) you think is better add new videos slow one by one ? or add all video in one time.
