SUMMARY
This SEO Specialist/Analyst position is a contract position, expected to last approximately 4-6 months. During this contract, the SEO Specialist/Analyst will work with the Marketing Department on SEO, SEM, PPC and analytical reporting for MOSAIC’s clients. The contractor will also aid in SEO for MOSAIC’s website. This position will be approximately 25-30 hours per week and the contractor is expected to be able to work on site in Cheverly, MD up to 2 days a week, as needed.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage SEO for client websites, including SEM, PPC, and keyword search
• Perform keyword research and advise on strategy and usage to optimize websites
• Analyze and translate data; strategize and collaborate with MOSAIC marketing team leads to recommend options to clients
• Host a workshop to train the Marketing Team on the “start to finish”’ SEO process
• Perform SEO audits under tight deadlines, typically within 48 hours
• Generate professional reports, such as audits of current sites, strategic plans to improve site using SEO, and monthly reporting after site launch
• Complete SEO maintenance and monthly reporting/recommendations post launch
• Develop reporting templates and advise marketing team on how to use templates for reporting while educating them on what to look for when pulling data
