Data conversion - QuickBook Enterprise to QuickBooks Premier

We have a rather small company data file that we would like to be able to open in QuickBooks Premier 2011. The file was created in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions (Accountant Edition 9.0). From our understand that data is stored differently between these two versions.

If you're able to do this conversion then we can send the company file that is needed for the conversion. There's no immediate urgency but would like to get this done so we can use the new software.
