Sales Rep Margin Reports - SalesForce Dashboard Needed

We need someone with experience in Salesforce to create a dashboard for our Sales Representatives that calculates a few different fields such as Close Percentage and total margin in order to generate and display their commissions. We already have the Products object set up, and several other Sales Representative dashboards created, and we already track close percentage. At a minimum we need two reports made: one that will show margins made on sales, and one that will calculate a score based on the margin and the close pct. We would love to hear your suggestions about how we could tie all of this together into one clean and neat dashboard, and what other sales reports you might recommend.
