Proposal Writer for Content Writing Jobs -- 5

I'm looking for a Proposal Writer who can write 10-20 top notch proposals everyday (in the field of Content Writing). The job description will be almost similar to what we have here on Freelancer. Any questions in the proposal need to be answered and samples need to be sent if they request.
Someone who can bite the clients would do wonders for us and we'll add lots of bonuses to the proposal writer.
I would like to know how many hours you can work per day? Will you be available to respond if there is a response from the client?
What is your hourly rate? Please bid reasonable.
You will be working for one week paid trial. If I like your work then I'll hire you for long-term (minimum 1 year).
