Wordpress expert need for website adjustments

I have a number of small adjustments to be made to a website and I am looking for a developer that is an expert in:

- Responsive design

- CSS

- HTML 5

- PHP

- JQuery

- Wordpress

For this first job I need:

- To replace the search box content area on the homepage with a custom menu. (refer to attach).

- Add a 'back' button and adjust the styling to the 'no results' search page. (refer to attached)
