I need a programmer who builds this three simple script online.
1) black list
The script will have a search button at the top and a list
Every time one of my sales guy wants to e-mail or call one of this companies he searches the name.
The program will search through the names of the database.
If it finds it, it will tell the staff how many times this client has being e-mailed, any other comments or whether he is simply blacklisted. Otherwise the system will register that an e-mail has sent and leaves a place for comment.
2) Collection
My staffs will call clients for collections, because we have multiple staffs, they all will be able to update the last they called this staff, how many time he has called, and if the client is paid or cancelled it will be removed from the list.
3)
Purpose of suspension and cancellation
Clients are being cancelled or suspended, would like to have a searchable database that tells you why
