I need help to write something that enables "robo calls". That means: The software must make a phone call and play a message to the person that answers the phone.
The software must get the telephone number from a table (database) and then choose a preselected message (one out of 12 messages depending on a set of data) and phone the number and start playing the message to the recipient when he answers.
The politicians and insurance companies do these type of calls.
