I am building a Q2A (Question2Answer) php/mysql script based website.

It is installed and ready for use with mock-up questions and answers.

I need the following:
1) fix Star-rating plugin (5-star rating for answers instead of votes):
The Q2A script allows external plugins. One such plugin is Star-rating, but it no longer works with Q2A version 1.7.3. (author admitted there is a coding mistake but never fixed it).

2) Allowed to rate only if (any of these):
• Logged-in user (confirmed email) = question author
• Logged-in user (confirmed email) = has favorited question (pressed the star to the right of question title, list of favorited questions is visible in profile)
3) allowed to rate only once
4) (given that Q2A script supports a points system) for every five maximum ratings by different users (i.e. five 5-star ratinsgs) - 1 point given to answerer, all other points remain disabled
5) add page with two options:
• „unlock premium features” (unlocks features described below, only available for user with 50+ points),
• „buy premium features” (unlocks features described below, pay via paypal)
6) [premium features] add filtering and sorting features to questions list:
• by number of answers
• by average answer rating
• by number of users who favorited
