Paypal Not Requesting Correct Amount

Good afternoon
We have a holiday cottage websi which requires full payment if booking within 6 weeks of stay and only 20% if booking longer than 6 weeks away. However paypal does not request the correct amount when full payment is due. Also, we would like to set up automatic emails 8 weeks before actual booking when the there is an outstanding balance. Booking system is HBooks.
