Need Improved .PHP Shopping Cart For ECommerce Store

I'm in need of hiring an experienced Web Developer that has knowledge in customizing shopping carts (.php) and home page carousel resizing . We're a prescription sports eyewear company that sells sports sunglasses & goggles with prescriptions.

Currently, our checkout page does not show what the customer added to their shopping cart. We would like to build this information into our checkout page. We also want to add a "Customer Notes" section for customers to add to their order on the checkout page. Keep in mind, we already have a shopping cart, we're just looking to improve it. We also have a completely custom-built website (No cpanel, wordpress, etc)
We would also like to change the size of the carousel on our home page. We need the height smaller.
