Hi,

We are looking for someone who can create a system with facebook messenger api for send notifications to people who started a chat with our fanpages.

Basically when a user chats us, he is automatically added into a list; we will then be able to write a bulk message to all users of the list (bulk = one message for all users).

We have to create app with database because users will become so many (5-6k); you should consider that we also need multiple lists because we have more than 1 fb page (obviously each fanpage will have its own list).

You can use php, mysql, node.js etc, we have no preferences.
