Escort Profile SEO friendly php site

I am looking for a php script something close to a dating script but based on escort sites, example of the project im looking for are something like these 2 websites [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view], I basically need the site to be SEO friendly, ( ending in .html - MOD rewrite i guess ) and have the capability to list all states and countries right from the homepage, either a pulldown or dhtml menue, also when escorts log in and post a profile, their images as you can see show up, just like dating sites,
