I'm seeking a seasoned professional to create a DFD level 0 and DFD level 1 for my condominium management system. As I've not decided on the specific features yet, I need these diagrams to be comprehensive and adaptable, encompassing potential functionalities like:
-Admin Features:
Staff Management:
Add new staff members to the system.
Edit existing staff profiles.
View staff details and roles.
Search for staff based on criteria (name, position, etc.).
Delete staff profiles when necessary.
Announcement/Bulletin Management:
Add new announcements or bulletins.
Edit existing announcements (title, description, date).
View a list of all announcements.
Search for specific announcements.
Delete outdated or irrelevant announcements.
Document Management:
Upload new documents to the repository.
Edit document details (title, category, etc.).
View a list of all documents.
Search for specific documents.
Delete documents if needed.
Member Features:
Registration and Authentication:
Register as a new resident/member in the system.
Login using secure authentication.
Recover/reset passwords if forgotten.
Profile Management:
Edit personal profile details (contact information, unit number, etc.).
View own profile details.
Announcement Access:
View all published announcements and bulletins.
Search for specific announcements or notices.
Receive notifications for new announcements or updates.
Preferably, you should have experience in system analysis or software design, particularly with DFD creation. An understanding of property management systems would be an asset.
