Things need to be customized were header and footer part , refer attachment and
Features Need
Submit Photos
Submit Videos
Submit Events and events category (refer attachment)
Social Media Buttons like facebook like etc
events feature i think there is some plugins available , and minor changes like adding social media buttons in posts facebook login , currently this theme supports submitting articles , we need to add submit events feature , submit images it should come under photos category and submit videos feature should post videos under videos category, also minor changes in adspots , text color changes background color changes in coloumn headers
everything mentioned in the attachment also please mention BrillNews when you bid otherwise , the bid wont be considered

Also the header part including menu should be fixed and it should show always (hanging style), even the page is scrolled down
the events , videos and photos should be moderated by admin before publishing and video from video sharing sites like youtube, vimeo dailymotion etc
