JW player plugin edit and adding some new feature

I have a JW player plugin. I want to add some new feature to the JW player. These are

1st: HD switching enabled in jwplayer... i..e 360p,480p,720p.

2nd:The movie taking a while to start playing , i wanna make it faster.

3rd:Encryption. (i will explain in PM)

4th:Enable pseudo streaming.
