Remote Desktop

We need a remote Desktop / Remote PC tool - like VNC / NETOP etc.

Features:

1) Client agent should be ActiveX based.

2) If the Client PC / User is presented to a web side containing the ActiveX component, and the Client accept - the Active X installs, and initiate the possibility for a remote administrator to remote take control of the Mouse/Keyboard and Screen.

3) The client software should also have a possibility, to be install the ActiveX, as a permanent Remote agent - so the agent will even be running when the Client PC is rebooted.

4) The Client Agent, should repport when it is active, to a central database - repporting IP adress, Workstation name, Domain Name, Client Agent install date, Last online date.

5) The central Database, should be able to sort by workstation name, Active / Non Active and Domain name.

6) The central database should be a local ODBC database / Jetengine / Access database. It should be possible to delete Client agent from the database.

7) The Database administration should be done in ASP or ASP.NET - code written in VB etc.

8) The database interface, should be the interface for the remote consultant, creating the possibility to take remote control to any client agent, listed in the database view.

9) The consultant interface should also be possible, to send special control karakter seequences, such as CTRL+ALT+DEL, ALT+TAB etc. to the Client-Agent.

Coder who has done similar work before is perfered.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
