Need a one page design built in php mirrored(same exact look) from the site bsdbusinessinsurance dot com.
We need it in php because we are going to have a blog feed built into the right column similar to bsdbusinessinsurance dot com.
We also want it in php because we want the nav buttons to be in a separate file titled [login to view URL] because once this page is built out to a full site (which we will do) we want to be able to update the nav buttons for all pages in one single file ([login to view URL]) rather than updating them in each individual page.
Also, the nav buttons should have the ability to have drop down menus using css.
This should be very simple for someone who knows php and css.
