I need target forum fetchers (with seo(vbseo,zoints etc.) and without seo)

>> Fetching from target vBulletin and PhpBB forums and posting my forums

>> Can be post only 1st topic with given names to target (taking only 1st post no need replies but should post with different user names adjusted from admin panel)

1)administration panel and need admin panel (web design)

2) Licensing for customers and customer can pay with paypal (paypal entegration)and licensing check

3) Demo panel for selling script

4) i want to encode to avoid resell (can be with ioncube)

Our Budget 40-45$ so please try to dont expect more.
