Custom Business Directory Website

i need custom business directory listing, it's like yellow pages with paypal payment. It's similar like [url removed, login to view] but with some feature :

1. standard registration can listing their company with some field (such as company name, address and telephone) , and featured registration can listing their company with full field (company name, address, telephone, fax, email, company loggo, etc).

2. any 2 registration type, for compay who want to hire supplier (let's name it customer) and for company that want to listing their company (let's name it supplier).

3. customer can search supplier with some classification such as country, product, etc

4. customer can send message to selected supplier

I'm looking for a fairly quick turnaround on this project, and with a script that already exists.
