12899 Change HTML to CSS No Tables

I need someone to convert my site which currently uses tables in its layout, to CSS with no tables. My pages are made up from seperate php files, so it will be a case of changing the seperate components that make up the initial page. Every page is made up of the same components. My site as it is is at its-totally-free.co.uk. My site when completed MUST load in firefox and internet exp. And look the same. I need this done URGENTLY.
