Web Based Blog Submission Software

This program should be very simple for the coder or team that is familiar with blogging... I am looking for someone to create a web based application that will submit posts to blogs. If you are familiar with Blog Submitter Pro [url removed, login to view], the functionality should be very similar, but web based, with some modifications that will also include: 1. Multiple projects running simultaneously. 2. Posting to multiple blog types, not just blogger. 3. The ability to work around the security where the user has to manually enter in a code that is created. 4. The ability to vary the frequency of posts at intervals set by the user, or through a random time generated portion of the script. 5. keyword search based on "[url removed, login to view]" where the user enters in main keyword and then pulls in the top 50 keywords returned by overture then allows the user to choose which words they'd like to use for their keyword list...as well as add any that they want. I am looking for a coder that has the experience necessary, as well as the creativity to make valuable suggestions to the benefit of the project as well. All rights to the source code will become mine at the completion of the project, and coder will sign a no-compete document stating that not only will they not use or sell this application themselves, they will not sell source code similar to this to anyone else. If you are uncomfortable with or cannot comply with this portion of the description, please do not bid on this project. Thank you for your bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Should be able to run on any linux, unix or microsoft based servers. Application should function with all major browsers including, IE, Firefox, Netscape, etc.
