528163 Joomla Site Content Integration based on Template

I have a joomla theme that was created by rockethost that is on the Joomla 1.7 platform that I need setup, content added, seo setup properly, and galleries setup. I will provide all content and guidance, and want the programmer to setup the entire site with applicable menus and submenus, setup a few galleries with groups of pictures that will be provided.

Will also need some integration with social media (some version of a module) as well as a contact form set up. Overall the site will consist of 6 or 7 main pages, with a couple of the pages having 7 or 8 subpages which will all be the same layout, just different content. Will also need two pages to have a grid with rates on them, which I would like to have a little more modern looking than standard excel-style grid.

While the theme will be stuck to for the most part, I may ask for color changes and slight changes within the means the template provides.

If I like the outcome, I have a number of other sites that will require the same sort of setup.
