iPhone Sample Project for Expense Management System

We are looking for a working sample project for demo purpose to be presented to our customers. The sample app shall do expense management.?

The main working features that we are looking for as follows:

1. Sample data of minimum 20 employees on the web portal

2. Employee creation/authentication on iPhone

3. Admin access to the web portal and iPhone

4. Convert the expense data entered by employee into excel format and additionally attach media files of expense receipts, etc from iPhone

5. Send email with this formatted excel file and attachments to an email address

Clear documentation/flow chart and UI is important.
