Need Proxies

**I'm looking for a fresh High Anomnity (Elite) proxy list. Each proxy must be Elite, if you arent sure of what this term means and what those proxies are then please do not bid on this. I am preferably looking for someone that can send me a fresh list daily on an ongoing basis. or large quantity lists. no more than 10% of the proxies must be DOA (Dead on Arrival), otherwise I will only award a % of the bid amount based on the amount of working proxies.

Serious bids only, I am only intrested in working lists that are 1,000 big or larger. The deadline to supply all working proxies will be 3 days from the time i accept your bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) due to the many many projects and money i lost due to irresponsible coders here on RAC, if you are even one minute late from the deadline there will be no compromise, you will have failed your obligation and will not receive any portion of the bid amount for any reason, by bidding on this project you unconditionably agree to all terms set here in.
