60247 Folder list script -Sharepoint

I require a php script which will look at a specified folder on a server and return the contents of that folder (files and folders need to collapse like a MS Explorer clone.... listing the contents in the right panel & the folders in the left panel). ->There should be 2 module. One admin module to administer the contents and to upload and delete files. The other should be user module where users can view and download files. -> the above upload should be a browse button that brings up the explorer window (for admin only) -> The files will remain in the folder as long as the admin deletes it. ->This whole thing must fully intergrate to our current site with a 'employee' login. This folder (root 'shared' folder) hence should be authenticated before anybody can access it contents. -> It would be great if I can have 2 users groups (apart from admin group). group 1 can only access a particular folder (say folder1) under 'root' folder (folder2 being hidden) and group 2 will access only 'folder2' under 'root' folder (folder1 being hidden). Also, folder3 should be accessible to both groups. The above project is more like a sharepoint. I want people to use a common login page to access thier 'group' sensitive contents only + any shared contents. This would mean that I have 2 groups of people with group-sensitive materials. I will also have admin group.
