Laravel 5 programmer for small site and documentation

I am searching for a Laravel 5 programmer with free capacities.

I want to have a little website, with the following content:

One small landing page where the user can choose his language (design doesn´t matter) between german and english

After he choosed his language and clicked on „register“, he will be redirected to the registration page (of course in his chosen language). Design is available from a chosen template for this project. Then of course, there is a login page. After login, the user will be redirected to his (predesigned) user data page, where he can see the forms for viewing and editing his data (like addresses, Names etc.). Some fields like mobile phone or of course id, can not be updated from the user, that will be allowed just for administrators. (for our example just via database).

If its a new user: just show empty fields with dummy data (like Enter street here) If he submits data: validate and create them.

If he has data: After the validation of his data, there will be a modal, where the user has to put a 4 digit code for validating. Just implement 0000, it will be replaced with a sms gateway later. If the code was wrong, he has two more chances, otherwise his data will not be updated.

One more thin got notice. Please implement a small role model, where two different user types are seeing some different Forms. For example User model "normal" can see his data, user model "pro" can see some more.

The Database structure is prescribed and need to be adopted (for example there is no updated_at field but a modified field). Fields can be added but not changed.

I need a step-by-step documentation how you developed this small site, because i want to learn it from scratch. I am not good in try and error, but very good in rebuilding. :) There is no need to tell me how you created a new model, its more about the logic behind it. For example WHY you did it this way and not that way.
