We're building a soccer portal that tracks XML/ RSS feeds from the internet and published it on our own website. Beside that the page has a focus on videos, standings, results, program, live scores etc. We just finished our web design and want to convert 10 PSD files into (X)HTML/ CSS and JavaScript. So we are looking for a person/ company that can do this job and finish it on a short term.
The pages look similar and have most of the time the same structure. In the menu is a complicated section with a slider, that must work perfectly and must been made in Javascript. Besides the pages there is one file that only have side bars. The side bars has been made in PSD and also must convert to (X)HTML/ CSS and at some parts to Javascript.
A lot of the content on the pages are dynamic and the content changes per minute, hour, day or week, so always keep that in mind.
The pages must have been W3C validated, compatible with every big browser (Internet Explorer 7 and higer, Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Opera) and search engine optimized (SEO Friendly). Besides that it needs the following:

I’m looking for a person who had a lot of experience with making (X)HTML. I’ve got a view demands.
If you make it in (X)HTML, please make it that it is easy to convert to PHP for the programmer..
The time lap for the project is 7 days. It means that the day after I aware you the project, you must start and it must be finished in 7 days. I will send you the briefing, PSD and functionality files directly.
You must understand perfectly English and I want an update if you finished the first 5 pages, so I can check it.
I drop a first down payment in the milestone of 50 USD and the last payment will be released by ending the project and when I receive the files.
The attached files shows how the page looks like, and give you a quick view for the side bars. Besides that there is a document that tells you what happens on every page. By winning the project you get the real document what must happen on the website. The text document shows you how we work.
Note: this are just a view pages I can send you more pages if you like to. Read it well! If you got questions send me a PM.
The price that we agreed is fixed, so don't come with excuses that it took longer and cost more money or time.
