We need someone to build a search engine for college programs in the US. All the required CSV files can be downloaded using the links provided but they need to be converted into databases.
For this initial build we need 2 pages built (attached as 2 PNG files) along with the search functionality and the filters on the left hand [url removed, login to view] we may move forward depending on the results. These 2 pages are a search and results page.
No admin or content exporting is needed for this initial build. No design is needed either (i will provide a logo), just simple text and layout as you can see from the PNG attachments.
