Need a simple 5 page website.
Text and images are almost collected and are ready to be deliverd to the [url removed, login to view] all the forms are ready too. We need some slight graphics work, a menu bar and [url removed, login to view] site is need to be completed with in 10 [url removed, login to view] need to be creative with the use of color and layout/CSS.

NOTE: please answer these three question when you make bid.
1. I want to know would you include a CMS with this, say if we want to change the text?
2. I want to sell couple of banner ads and want to be able to sell the background wallpaper also for sale, would you be able to incorporate that? Its more like a blog with regards to their design?
3. I have some minor graphic manipulation work too, as in i would need you to modify the images and my logo a bit, would you be able to do that?
