Website Development & Maintenance

I am looking for a coder who can update a few pages on a website that is already up and running by inserting updated information that I have already created to one page and changing a document to a PDF file, so it can be downloaded for site visitors on another page. The coder must be able to handle the maintenance in a timely fashion and is willing to give me a per page price at a reasonable rate.

So, this 2 page maintenance project is considered to be a test to see what the coder can do, which will determine if there will be future projects and a future relationship.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Also, I am looking to create a relationship with the coder because I have other web development projects that need to be addressed in the form creating new sites and addressing the maintenance issues of the sites that are already existing. The sites need to be able to operate on all operating systems and they need to be very user friendly.

The coder must be able to present me with a portfolio to view and willing to create a demo homepage mock-up of the new sites to show their design ideas. The coder must be able to create unique designs, in addition to using templates because some clients want to see how creative the coder can be.
