335718 Template Page Corrections

Hi Shailaja,

I used the template file as a basis to make the changes that I needed. But I am no good at html. Can you please take a look at my file and correct what needs correcting. I will pay you another $20 if it works. I want the postit notes with spaces between them. I am just going to be using 5 of them.
