Auction sniper bug fix php

Our site is an auction sniper that places bids for customers on ebay. We are having a small issue where users enter the auction item number to be sniped and our site is throwing back an error saying that the item is to close to the end of the auction to be setup (under 2 minutes) but in fact the auctions will still have hours or days until they are set to end. See attached image of a screenshot of what is happening. I believe either ebay made some change to their html causing our scraping to not function correctly or something with that part of our code needs to be updated. Either way it shouldn't be to big of a problem. I am looking for someone with php experience and good knowledge of code to take a look at the file and fix it. I will upload the file, you edit it and send it back to me to install. looking for someone that can take care of this hopefully in the next few hours. Thanks.
