Visio add-in to do project plans(repost)

Please see the attached visio document. We want to have a visio add-in toolbar to automate, using wizards, our project plans using the design in that document. The toolbar will have the following buttons: - New project plan. A tiny wizard appears to set the plan name, the number of columns and the label of each column. After pressing OK, the header of the project plan appears. NOTE: The design elements of the header must be grouped. - New activity. Another wizard appears to set the activity name and define the cells that are assigned to the activity. We want to be able to set a number inside the cell (but it can remain blank) and the background color per cell. NOTE: The design elements of the activity must be grouped. - Milestone header. The milestone header doesn't need wizard. It just appears. NOTE: The design elements of the milestones header must be grouped. - New milestone. A wizard to add a new milestone (name and between which two activities is placed) NOTE: The design elements of the milestone must be grouped. - Edit button. Each of the previous elements has to be editable, selecting the group, and clicking in this button. The same wizard used previously is used to update the information. NOTE: If the main header is updated with a new number of columns, all the other elements have to be redrawn with the new number. - Delete button. If an element is deleted, the whole project plan is redrawn without that element. - Export to web. Using the standard conversion included in visio, export the document to html We will provide the icons for the toolbar.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
